Captain Jack Sparrow
The best pirate you've ever, or may not have ever, heard of.
Anarchist by nature and pirate by choice, Jack Sparrow-- that is, Captain Jack Sparrow-- is the former and current captain of the fastest ship on the sea, the Black Pearl. Incredibly lucky, fiendishly devious and often incomprehensible.
Will Turner
A common blacksmith, Will Turner was the survivor of a pirate attack and swore to exterminate them. Until, that is, he learned that he was the son of a pirate, and to save his lady love Elizabeth, became one himself. Still a good man, he has come to live by the sword that once used to make.
Elizabeth Swann
Daughter of the Governor yet always feeling as restrained by the life of the upper class as she was by the constrictions of ladies' fashions, Elizabeth Swann was thrown into a life more exciting and more dangerous than she ever imagined. Falling in love with childhood friend Will is only one freedom she has discovered.
Captain Hector Barbossa
The Captain of The Black Pearl, if you ask him and not Jack. Intelligent and honorable (as far as pirates can be) -- he wishes for the days long gone when pirates ruled the seas without fear of government interference.
